It Begins with a World in Ruins An environmental shift has left the Earth reeling, while natural distastes leave her inhabitants struggling against the strongest of her elements. Gotham has more than it’s darkness to deal with, as a massive earthquake has left its streets torn and uprooted, while Metropolis must face the aftermath of a hurricane that leaves the once great city in danger of following Atlantis into the sea. Those who have entitled themselves as protectors dig through what they can to help salvage their cities, treading unknown territory as they look for what may be causing what has become of the world they promised to protect. This is a struggle against something that might be stronger than they are ready for however, because Mother Nature is a fierce foe, and no one knows whether she is being manipulated or if what has happened is a message...
